Barclays Ordered To Name Staffers Linked To Libor
A London High Court judge has ordered Barclays to disclose the names of 208 traders and other staff members tied to alleged manipulation of the London interbank offered rate to Guardian Care Homes, which has filed the first lawsuit for losses on its interest-rate swaps it claims from the Libor scandal.
