DTCC Moves To Join CFTC In CME Suit
The Depository Trust & Clearing Corp. has filed a motion U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., to join the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission as a defendant in the suit filed against the CFTC by CME Group aimed at blocking swap regulations.
