Telecom Italia joins HY market with €1bn hit
Telecom Italia issued on Thursday its first bond under speculative grade ratings, and it was a hit. The Ba1/BB+/BBB- rated Italian telco raised €1bn of seven year bonds at 300bp over mid-swaps.
