Al Khalij gets $3.5bn book for rare Qatari paper
Al Khalij Commercial Bank was offered a $3.5bn book for its $500m Reg S five year debut note on Wednesday morning. Investors bit off leads' hands for Qatari paper which has been scarce this year.
