Melrose pulls in £1.6bn for Nortek acquisition
Melrose, the UK industrial buyouts specialist, completed its jumbo rights issue on Wednesday, raising £1.6bn to partly finance its reverse takeover of Nortek, a US air conditioning systems manufacturer.
