Germany’s FMS Wertmanagement and Erste Abwicklungsanstalt took advantage of a flight to core Europe as peripheral yields spiralled ever higher to print taps on Wednesday. The wind-up agencies got deals away in spite of Moody’s switching Germany’s outlook to negative.
