"Inoue is a great motivator of people and a vigorous and dynamic innovator in Japanese equity derivatives. He will surely be missed," enthused Alex Mayus, head of equity derivatives trading, Bank of America Securities Japan, Inc.
Traders in Japan believe that Inoue has retired from the industry and is moving to the U.S. to start his own business.
