Deutsche Bank Hires Crédit Lyonnais Staffer

Deutsche Bank has hired Eric Bensoussan, structurer in the new product development team at Crédit Lyonnais in London, for its exotic structuring group. Bensoussan joined Deutsche Bank late last month as v.p. He reports to Onno Vriesman, global head of ESG.

Deutsche Bank formed the exotic structuring group earlier this year to sit between the structuring, sales, trading and quants. This hire increases the team's headcount to six. Vriesman said there are also plans for the group to be rolled out globally.

At Crédit Lyonnais, Bensoussan reported to Francis Biron, head of equity derivative sales in London, said, "The new product development team is going to be much bigger after the merger with Crédit Agricole so we will be looking to recruit."
