Société Générale Asia recently hired Sonia Lee, Asian credit derivatives trader at Credit Lyonnais in Hong Kong, in a similar role in Hong Kong trading ex-Japan Asia credit derivatives. Lee confirmed the move but declined further comment.
She reports to Derek Ho, head of credit trading in Hong Kong. Ho said Lee is a replacement for Anitza Nip, who joined Standard Bank Asia in Hong Kong as a fixed income and credit derivatives trader.
At Lyonnais, Lee reported to Frédéric Lainé, Asian head of fixed income and derivatives in Hong Kong. Lainé declined comment.
