HSBC has hired Claus Hansen, head of the Nordic and Netherlands foreign exchange and derivatives group at Deutsche Bank in London, as head of corporate risk management sales. This is a new role for the bank, according to Pierre Goad, spokesman for HSBC.
Hansen will be supported in his role by Paul Baldwin, head of U.K. corporate coverage in the fixed income, commodities and currencies group at Goldman Sachs, who will join HSBC as head of corporate risk management and advisory for Europe and the Middle East.
