Dresdner Kleinwort in London has hired Steffen Klein, head of equity sales at Bear Stearns. He is thought to be joining as head of equity derivative flow sales. Klein was on gardening leave and Dresdner officials did not comment on details of the role by press time. Prior to joining Bear Stearns a year and a half ago, Klein headed institutional equity derivative sales at Citigroup (DW, 8/26/05).
Louise Alissi, spokeswoman for Bear Stearns, was not able to comment on a replacement for Klein by press time.
