Norske Skog adds to Nordic worries by drawing backstop loan
Norske Skog, the Norwegian paper group, has fully drawn down a Eu400m revolver to repay a syndicated loan maturing in January 2010. The move comes amid widespread concerns in the Nordic region that a liquidity shortfall and a lack of refinancing options will force an increasing number of borrowers to draw down their backstop facilities.
