Odeon seeks amendment to give greater capex flexibility

Odeon Cinemas, the UK borrower, launched an amendment this week to give it more flexibility over its capex. Among other things, the changes would allow it to buy cinemas. "It’s a positive move," said a loans banker. "They’re not in any trouble at all. They want to be allowed to expand and this amendment will let them do that."
