Dolphin gets oversubscription, Islamic tranche still to go

The refinancing of a $3.45bn facility for Dolphin Energy, the Abu Dhabi gas company, has received an enthusiastic response and is oversubscribed on the conventional portion on which pricing has been increased. The borrower is still looking to close off the Islamic tranche on the loan, and the refinancing is also set to include bond issuance.
