Qtel poised for long-awaited forward start
The forward start facility for Qatar Telecom (Qtel) is finally poised to be launched into general syndication after a delay of over three months. The deal — which now totals at least $1.65bn — could come to market as early as today (Thursday), said bankers close to it.
