Lenders lap up Turkish Efes loan
Turkey’s Efes Breweries is set to sign banks into a $300m-equivalent facility after the transaction was oversubscribed and increased by $100m. It is one of just a handful of Turkish companies to tap the international loan market this year, which has traditionally been dominated by bank borrowers.
