ESB arranges loans to back proposed NIE takeover
Irish utility Electricity Supply Board (ESB) has agreed two new facilities to refinance existing debt and back the £10.34bn (Eu1.248bn) proposed acquisition of NIE, the Northern Ireland electricity network, from Viridian Group.
