ESB arranges loans to back NIE takeover
Irish utility Electricity Supply Board (ESB) has agreed two new credit facilities to refinance existing debt and to back the £1.034bn (Eu1.248bn) proposed acquisition of Northern Ireland Electricity from Viridian Group.
