Permira to syndicate eDreams loan on Wednesday
Private equity firm Permira will part-finance its secondary buy-out of eDreams, the Spanish online travel agency with £117m (Eu140m) of senior secured loans. General syndication will be launched on Wednesday and will primarily be aimed banks as opposed to funds.
