Russia's Rusal negotiating $4bn loan
Russian mining company Rusal is in negotiations with ten banks for a syndicated loan of up to $4bn, the company’s deputy CEO and director of capital markets, Oleg Mukhamedshin, has told EuroWeek. The company is also close to securing project financing for a new smelter from Russian lenders.
