FHFA To Clear Swaps Before Ordered
The Federal Housing Finance Agency will begin clearing its over-the-counter interest-rate swaps within a month or two even before being mandated by law, according to Martha Tirinnanzi, the chairwoman of the FHFA's clearinghouse working group.
