Gensler Aims For Consistency In OTC Regs

Gary Gensler, chairman of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, said his staff is looking closely at European Union over-the-counter derivatives proposals to ensure consistency with the new regulations being written following passage of the Dodd-Frank Act.
