Financial subsidiaries of large companies that aggregate exposures to make one large derivative trade should receive a specified exemption from U.S. regulations in connection with Dodd-Frank, according to Thomas Deas, president of the National Association of Corporate Treasurers and treasurer of FMC Corp. in Philadelphia.
