CA Unit, Hedge Fund Sued Over CDO
Italian bank Intesa Sanpaolo has filed a lawsuit against a unit of France’s Credit Agricole and hedge fund Magnetar Capital charging that it was fraudulently induced to invest in a collateralized debt obligation in 2006 that it alleges Magnetar structured to lose money.
