Defaulted Eircom revived by €1.6bn book
Eircom — once Ireland’s national telecoms monopoly — returned to the bond market on Thursday after its default last year. Demand was strong — a €1.6bn book enabled the company to increase the Caa1/B/B rated deal by €40m to €350m.
