Regulators Told To Step Up FX Swap Decisions
Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) has asked Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner and Gary Gensler, chairman of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, to step up efforts to decide whether to exempt fx swaps and forwards from the Dodd-Frank Act.
