Republican Lawmakers Pressed On Position Limits

The Commodities Markets Oversight Coalition has urged four Republican members of the House of Representatives’ Committee on Financial Services to push for position limits in commodities, saying the curbs are “vital for proper functioning” of the markets, despite a court ruling that overturned the Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s effort to impose such limits.
