Most Commodities Traders Have No Budget For Derivatives Regs
More than half of commodities traders have not budgeted for reporting and record-keeping regulations the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission is due to introduce next year, according to a survey conducted by Patrick Reames, managing director of research and analysis at CommodityPoint, a Texas-based research and analysis firm, and Ed Bell of the University of Houston's Global Energy Management Institute.
