Update: RBS Rates Derivs Chief Joins Citadel

Shravan Sahdev, ex-managing director and head of U.S. dollar interest rate derivatives trading at the Royal Bank of Scotland in Stamford, Conn., is joining Citadel as a portfolio manager, in New York.
