Novacap’s add-ons unaffected by market conditions
French chemicals company Novacap allocated its two loan add-ons to investors on Friday. Unaffected by market volatility late last week, the company reverse flexed its €40m term loan ‘B3’ tranche by 25bp to 425bp over Euribor.
