| • You may not vote for your own institution or an affiliate, nor for market participants employed by or affiliated with your institution. | |
| • Every institution gets one set of votes per category. Please be certain that your various desks agree on which institutions and persons will receive your firm's vote BEFORE entering your choices. | |
| • Please do not just consider the largest borrowers or banks with the biggest market share. | |
| • Banks: feel free to invite your issuer clients to vote for you, but you may not vote on their behalf. | |
| • POLLS WILL CLOSE AT 23:59 LONDON TIME ON APRIL 1. NO VOTES CAST THEREAFTER WILL BE COUNTED. | |
