BNP Paribas has rehired Emilio Serra, structured credit salesman responsible for Spanish institutions at RBC Capital Markets in London, after one year away from the French firm. Serra, who was with BNP for three years before joining RBC, confirmed his return and role which mirrors his RBC slot. He declined to comment on the reasons for the move.
Serra reports Joe Lovrics, co-head of European structured products and head of Iberia sales, who was on vacation and could not be reached for comment. Jane D'Amico, spokeswoman for RBC in London, confirmed Serra had left, declining to comment on who he reported to, or a replacement.
