Adam Green, until recently co-head of North American equity structured investments marketing at JPMorgan in New York, has resigned from the firm and will reportedly join Lehman Brothers. Christina Sfakianos, v.p. who has also left the firm, is expected to join him. Green's departure follows the promotion of Mike Camacho, his former co-head, to sole poll of the group (DW, 4/7).

Neither Green nor Camacho, who was on vacation, could immediately be reached. Sfakianos, reached on her cell, declined comment. Brian Marchiony, JPMorgan spokesman, and Tasha Pelio, Lehman spokeswoman declined comment.

Lehman has made several hires from JPMorgan in Europe including a senior trio, lead by Axel Kilian (DW, 2/18/05).

Separately, JPMorgan has hired Angela Lockhart, v.p. in structured product sales at Credit Suisse, in a similar role focusing on third-party distribution. She will start end of May and report to Bill Shelton, v.p., who reports to Camacho.
