Norilsk struggles, leading to more worries about Russia

Norilsk Nickel, the nickel and palladium miner, has signed its $1.5bn syndicated loan fully subscribed, but the small level of oversubscription has led to more concerns that demand among international lenders for Russian loans is waning.

Just five banks joined the deal during syndication, with commitments totalling about $325m. ...
