Slovenia’s Grep calls on local banks as it raises Eu115m

Slovenian construction group Grep has obtained a Eu115m syndicated loan from a group of local lenders to build a sports centre in Ljubljana.

Nova Ljubljanska Banka led the facility. The other lenders were Abanka Vipa, Banka Celje, Factor Banka, Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor, Gorenjska Banka and SID Banka.

The proceeds are to complete the Sports Park Stozice, which will house a football pitch, sports hall and shopping centre.
