Serica refinances $100m facility to fund Asian and UK operations

Serica Energy, the oil and gas explorer, signed a $100m revolver to develop its gas fields in the North Sea and off Indonesia on Monday.

Bank of Scotland (Lloyds Banking Group), JPMorgan and Natixis have committed to the three year facility.
