UAE Exchange signs oversubscribed $125m loan

UAE Exchange, a global remittance and currency exchange firm, has signed a $75m five year term loan and $50m revolver with a group of regional and international lenders.

Union National Bank was bookrunner and mandated lead arranger on the deal, which paid a margin of 425bp and had an all-in of more than 500bp.
