BAIC, Jinchuan get NDRC nod for offshore loans

Two Chinese firms have received the National Development and Reform Commission’s approval to tap the offshore loan market for funding.

State-owned automaker Beijing Automotive Group and mining company Jinchuan Group Co’s applications for overseas fundraising were waived through by the regulator, according to filings on NDRC’s website.
