EuroChem to sign loan to refi $325m of bond

Russian fertiliser company EuroChem is due to sign a loan in three weeks’ time to refinance $325m of a $500m bond it launched in June as well as previous loan facilities.

EuroChem’s chief financial officer Andrey Ilyin told GlobalCapital that the five year facility will be the company’s first syndicated loan this year. He also said that the facility will not be a pre-export finance facility, which has been the structure of choice for the majority of Russian deals ...
