WHA Utilities and Power adds to Thai IPO parade

Thailand’s ECM market is heating up with yet another IPO set to launch this week, as WHA Utilities and Power starts bookbuilding on Tuesday.

The issuer has set a marketing range of Bt25.25-Bt26.25 a share to raise Bt6.02bn ($173m), with the roadshow running from March 21-28. It is looking to sell up to 229.5m shares, of which 125m are primary and 104.5m secondary to be provided by H-International.
