Another Italian brings new issue for tender offer

Italy’s corporate sector extended its run of new bonds intended to fund buy-backs on Wednesday, with multiutility Acea the latest borrower to use the manoeuvre.

The Baa2/BBB+ rated issuer announced the €500m 10 year no-grow transaction on the same day it completed a €347m tender offer for its outstanding bonds.
