Logistics company Dematic is likely to price a $300m bond to yield 8.75% on Monday, according to a person with knowledge of the matter.

GEO Travel, a new UK online travel agency, issued a Eu175m bond on Friday to yield 10.375%, the mid-point of guidance.

Private equity firm Rhône Capital has bought the carbon black business of German industrial group Evonik Industries, with bankers saying the deal could be financed by Eu500m-Eu600m of high yield bonds. Enterprise value for the transaction was around Eu900m.
