Cinema operator Odeon/UCI printed £475m of senior secured notes on Friday, after having changed the deal structure to include a 2018 non-call one floating rate piece. European high yield continued its headlong rush this week, buoyed up by an investor base that is broadening fast. Seven deals worth around Eu3.7bn were on the road or pricing, with PIKs and floating rate notes again helping to attract a burgeoning crowd of new buyers.
