Techem, a German energy management services provider, is planning to make its high yield debut. The B1/BB- rated company, owned by a Macquarie fund, wants to raise €735m of bonds in two tranches.

Central European Media Enterprises plans to tap its 11.625% 2016 senior notes for €104m. That is more than double the initially targeted €50m. The notes are guided to price at 103.00.
