RBS Greenwich Capital has lost an agency trader. Peter Bailey, managing director, recently left RBS Greenwich, where he reported to Scott Graham, head of the agency group, according to Bailey. Bailey declined further comment and his destination could not be determined by press time. Graham did not return a phone call.
