Richard Gladwin, head of fx options at Barclays Capital in London, has left the firm. Gladwin could not be reached. He reported to Ivan Ritossa, managing director and global head of fx in London, who did not respond to messages by press time. Officials have connected Gladwin with a senior fx role at Lehman Brothers. Mark Lane, spokesman at Lehman, did not immediately return a call about the hire.
