Cieco Energy

Cieco Energy, a subsidiary of Japan's Itochu Corporation, has signed a $42m non-recourse facility to back its acquisition of Tullow Oil's Alba and Caledonia oilfields.
SMBC (facility agent) and Bank of Scotland (technical bank) are mandated lead arrangers, while Mizuho also joined the syndicate.
