Trelleborg seeks bridge loan to finance acquisition of PSS

Swedish engineering group Trelleborg will use the loan market to finance its acquisition of UK precision seals maker Polymer Sealing Solutions (PSS). The deal is subject to regulatory approval by European competition regulators.
