Enexis makes loan market debut

Dutch utility Enexis has signed a Eu550m three year revolver, its first syndicated loan since it was split out of Essent and became an independent company earlier this year.

Rabobank and Royal Bank of Scotland coordinated the clubbed transaction, which 11 other mandated lead arrangers joined. They were Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Barclays Capital, Bank Nederlandse Gemeenten, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, ING, Lloyds Banking Group, Société Générale and SMBC.
