Hexagon’s senior syndication completed with group of 10

Ten banks have signed into the senior phase of Hexagon’s jumbo loan backing its acquisition of US engineering and software firm Intergraph Corp, with general syndication set to be launched after the company completes a $850m rights issue.

The loans for the Swedish technology firm of $2.125bn and Eu1bn were oversubscribed during senior syndication and mostly went to its relationship banks.
